BIOGRAPHY Alex Sherman is a Los Angeles singer/songwriter.  He's been writing and performing music from a young age, and is currently performing in and around Hollywood.  His grandfather was one of the Sherman brothers, (Robert B. Sherman) a legendary songwriting team (Mary Poppins, The Jungle Book, Chitty Chitty Bang Bang, Charolette's Web).  His musical style ranges from Indie-rock, alternative rock and pop-folk. Alex draws inspiration from artists like The Rolling Stones, Nirvana, Beck, The Beatles, Weezer and Bright Eyes. He has performed with Gerald Casale from DEVO Terri Nunn from Berlin and Wings, while making his debut LP, "Paint the Roses Red".
